Failed generations

If a generation fails or a result is blocked by our safety check, the credit is returned to your account automatically. You don't need to contact us.

Credit packs

You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used any credits from that pack. Once credits from a pack have been used, the pack is non-refundable, except where required by law.

When a refund is issued, the credits from that pack are removed from your account.

Free credits

Sign-up bonus credits have no cash value and can't be refunded.

How to request a refund

Email support@candlelabelmaker.com from the email address you signed in with, and include your order number (it's in your payment receipt). We reply within 2 business days.

Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Waffo Pancake. Refunds go back to your original payment method; card refunds usually arrive within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually sort it out faster. If a chargeback is filed, the credits from that purchase are removed.
